I've worked with dojo in the past and have been looking into the
firebug-lite code, I'd be happy to try and port some things over or
help Flintstone.

I think the popup feature would be a good place to start, but could
you be clearer on the "among other things" part?  Are there other
features that Dojo had implemented that people are missing?
