All versions of Firebug are stable. Once a version is released, the
number is not reused. So for example, version 1.3.0 has the same
features and bugs it had when it was released.

All of the problems you list sound like problems with the Script
panel. You can try 1.3.3b3 as Honza suggests, but I'm not so hopeful
as we did not make many changes to the Script panel lately.

If your team relies on Firebug, then I strongly encourage you to try
the beta versions of Firebug as they come out and report bugs. The
variety of ways that Firebug can be used is overwhelming, we can't
possibly test all combinations. That is why we release beta versions a
long time in advance of the final release. For example, 1.3.0b1 was
released back in Oct. Since then we've had many thousands of people
use 1.3. There have been 17 releases leading up to 1.3.3.
