well.... I created a new profile and reinstalled firebug.
same problem Not only does firebug not see js, firefox doesn't either. Now I've gone back to another page (in production - as 'stable' as possible). Most of the js is in a php include, and firebug reports it can't load that script! -------- 1Failed to load source for sourceFile top-level https://76.30.96.197/store.php script.tags( X| 5242 5305 5306 5307 5308 5309 5310 5311 5312 5313 5314 5315 5316 5317 5318 5319 5320 5321 5322 5323 5324 5325 5326 5327 5328 5329 5330 5331 5332 5333 5334 5335 5336 5337 5338 5339 5340 ) ----------- the page itself works fine. a totally new development! I do appreciate your comment on 'stable'. We approach bug free as a limit. Is there a way of completely uninstalling fox and bug (luckily I don't have to deal with a 'registry') to do a totally clean install? I really depend on firebug. I have ground to a screeching halt. Perhaps with a clean install I can provide some info (assuming it doesn't correct the problem). At least it will be clean enough so results will be meaningful. Thanks, O.
