A test case is file or set of files and a detailed step by step
instruction list to reproduce the problem on my machine. A public URL
is also fine if the site not too complicated.
Videos help but only in the case that someone is having a hard time
describing a visual problem in the user interface.
"Me too" also helps if the problem is hard to reproduce. Each user
tends to say a bit more about how it happens for them and eventually
we get clues.
