A professional developer using Firebug all the time as part of their job certainly knows how to have multiple profiles. There are a lot of people using Firebug on the same profile that they browse the web. These curious hobbyists types play with Firebug, and often forget it is installed. As this is the majority, it is appropriate to not have Firebug slow down Gmail, and other sites, and not log net traffic for their bank transactions, etc. Certainly professionals in the web development community know that extensions have access to everything the user enters and sites reply with, and thus have already setup a browser profile for secure things like banking. And another for debugging. And one for surfing. -steve-- --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Firebug" group.
