First of all, Firebug is great, I couldn't live without it. But I'm not so happy with the new suspend UI change in 1.4. I work with two 30" monitors, and always open Firebug in a new window on my second monitor. With 1.3 and earlier, I would often have 2 or 3 Firebug windows up as I work on that many sites at one time. This wasn't at all confusing to me, and when I'd refresh a tab, Firebug would also refresh in its referenced window.
Now when I refresh a page or change to a different tab, Firebug suspends, and I have to do something to activate it again, creating hundreds of extra mouse clicks a day that I never had to do before. It would be nice when making a change this big to create an option to keep the old behavior, for those of us who liked it. Alternatively, instead of suspending, the window should automatically reload when you refresh or change tabs. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Firebug" group.
