Hi Stoyan,
(I haven't found any reported issue related to bg-BG so, I am replying
here)

Firebug's translations are maintained on Babelzilla
http://www.babelzilla.org/index.php?option=com_wts&Itemid=203&type=show&extension=4387
(you have to be logged in to see the page)

There is currently no official translator registered for Bulgarian (bg-
BG) locale so, it would be great if you could upload what you have
(only 60% of bg-BG strings is currently translated).
