The "X" version (tracing enabled), like Firebug 1.5X, is a Firebug version with internal trace enabled:
http://getfirebug.com/releases/firebug/1.5X/ It's like a console.log for Firebug developers, it will log what's going on inside Firebug. It may give us a hint about the problem you're having, if you see some error in the logs. regards, Pedro Simonetti. 2010/1/23 Paul Dineen <[email protected]> > > > On Jan 22, 6:42 am, "Honza (Jan Odvarko)" <[email protected]> wrote: > > What OS are you running? > > Win XP, SP3, current on patches. > > > You could also try to install 'X' version of Firebug (tracing > > enabled), open the tracing console (Firebug -> Open Firebug Tracing), > > check ERRORS and see if there is a problem. > > Sorry -- unclear on what you mean.
