Does Firebug have an error log of some kind to determine what might be causing Firefox to crash? Or perhaps Firefox itself has an error log?
I am using Firebug 1.5 with Firefox 3.6 on Win XP Pro. I have come across one problem where Firefox will hang (stop responding) if Firebug is Enabled but De-Activated. The problem goes away if Firebug is Activated or if it is completely Disabled. It ONLY happens when trying to login to the backoffice of our shopping cart software (ShopSite.com)... I cannot find any other sites that cause this to happen. There are no error logs produced on our website and Firefox itself just stops responding, and it only happens when Firebug is ENABLED but DEACTIVATED.
