I guess that ZoneAlarm is a Firefox extension installed by Windows
registry hook. As far as I can tell, you can't actually create a clean
profile on any Windows machine that has registry hook extensions. The
ZoneAlarm extension gets installed anyway.  Perhaps you can try
turning it off.
