I installed 1.6X.0a14 today. 1. I think I will love the console everywhere, but the console isn't evaluating javascript for me. Don't even get an answer to a simple arithmetic expression
2. every time I open the page I'm working on, firebug asks me to "activatefirebug for the selected Firefox tab". I click this button, reload the page, and firebug is inactive again. I've cleared the activation list. No change. This is my debugging profile, so there is very little installed except for firebug and a couple other debugging add-ons I've used for years: firefinder, Live HTTP headers, Web Developer.
