So let's ask the obvious question: what are you doing differently when Firebug has problems? But first, install Firebug 1.6a18. http://getfirebug.com/releases/firebug/1.6X. Open the tracing console FIrebug > Firebug Icon Menu > Open Tracing Set ERRORS When you have a problem, set ACTIVATION and see if you learn anything.
