I am having the same problem. However, you lost me at failing step
4... which is what this is all about. What do you mean by "trace"? Why
doesn't updating fix the problem? Is there a conflict with other add-
ons? I have the following:
ColorZilla
Firebug
FireFTP
FoxyProxy
IE View Lite
Java Console
Java Quick Starter
Microsoft .NET Framework Assistant
Move Media Player
