If you have had Firefox for a long time or if you ever used "DOM Inspector" it could be: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=306340
It is easy to test this: Use Firefox 3.6, Open URL about:support. Application Basics > Profile Folder > Open. Find the file "xpti.dat" delete it it. Find the file "compreg.dat" delete it. Exit Firefox and restart it. These two files will be automatically created. If you still have the problem, uninstall Firefox, verify that the program files directory used by Firefox is empty, reinstall Firefox. Your extensions and bookmarks will not be affected. jjb On Feb 9, 1:24 pm, Russ <[email protected]> wrote: > Does this mean anything? > > 1 [17:30:211] css.show() touch object > inhttp://getfirebug.com/tests/content/css/2976/issue2976.html > 2 [17:30:223] getElementRules 0 rules for /html > 3 [17:30:975] css.show() touch object > inhttp://getfirebug.com/tests/content/css/2976/issue2976.html > 4 [17:30:981] getElementRules 0 rules for /html > 5 [17:30:989] getElementRules 0 rules for /html/body > 6 [17:30:994] getElementRules 0 rules for //*[@id="myElement"] > > I still get "This element has no style rules." -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Firebug" group.
