I guess, you saying "every time a page is reloaded, the Net panel
content is cleared".
If yes, you can avoid the 'clear' part by pressing "Persist" button on
the Net panel.

You can export all results using "NetExport" extension (result file
uses HAR format)

The connecting time: Elapsed time required to create a TCP connection.
