And please note, that this was actually intended. In 1.8 we improved
the increase/decrease value feature to allow changing the values by
0.1 (Ctrl+Up/Down) and by 10 (Shift+Up/Down). The shortcut was changed
to be conform to other software. Because several people complained,
that they can't use Page Up/Down anymore, we added it for 1.8.1 again.
