it's not wrong. What I wanted to say is that maybe you're inspecting the 
wrong fileSurveillanceModel variable.
Anyway, it would be better if you provided an HTML file instead of an ASPX 
file and include step by step 
instructions<https://getfirebug.com/wiki/index.php/Creating_a_Test_Case>what to 
do, so we can reproduce your problem. As far as I know nobody of us 
is running an ASP.NET server.
