Well, I have opened facebook (if it helps) and I'm inspecting it, have opened on a second window a localhost address, inspecting css on facebook and on localhost in the two tabs at the same time, then I tend to go outside FireFox to other software, and when I return to FireFox the close inspector button won't close firebug, so it remains stuck regardless of how many times you click on the close inspector button.
It happens on both tabs, once firebug gets stuck on one tab, is stuck on all and it can't be closed if opened - haven't tested if it could be opened on a tab in which it is not opened as I'm doing it all from the two tabs in which firebug is already opened.
