1) See issue 4992 <http://code.google.com/p/fbug/issues/detail?id=4992>.
2) CTRL+ALT+Y is a Web Developer shortcut. Though the
Inspector<https://getfirebug.com/wiki/index.php/Inspector>in Firebug works
pretty similar to that. And Firebug provides much more
info. Just look at the
Style<https://getfirebug.com/wiki/index.php/Style_Side_Panel>,
Computed <https://getfirebug.com/wiki/index.php/Computed_Side_Panel>,
Layout<https://getfirebug.com/wiki/index.php/Layout_Side_Panel>and DOM
side panel <https://getfirebug.com/wiki/index.php/DOM_Side_Panel#DOM>.
3) There are Firebug
extensions<https://getfirebug.com/faq#How_can_I_save_changes_I_made_inside_the_CSS_panel_back_to_my_source_file>allowing
you to immediately upload your CSS changes your the server. Also
note that there are much more
extensions<https://getfirebug.com/wiki/index.php/Firebug_Extensions>covering
many different purposes.
Though there's currently no option to persist the changes you made without
a server. I suggested
this<http://code.google.com/p/fbug/issues/detail?id=3050>a while back for the
HTML, CSS and DOM panel.
