There's an option called *Show User Agent CSS*<https://getfirebug.com/wiki/index.php/Style_Side_Panel#Options_Menu>, which you have to uncheck to hide those style rules. Note that this option didn't change lately and it is unchecked by default. So could it be that you accidentally enabled it lately?
