The only other thing I can think of, which could be related, are 
annotations.json and breakpoints.json, which you already mentioned before.
Did you try it with them on your new profile and did it still work then? If 
that's causing the issue to reappear, please send us both files. If not, 
then I'd say let's keep it at that.
