The new Firebug 3 is very clumsy and is missing pretty much all of the features that have made Firebug an invaluable web development tool.
It's like Mozilla completely took over Firebug, fired everybody and replaced Firebug with the Kludgy tool they have been trying to pass off as a Web Developer tool. Web Developer Tool has always been a gimped tool that has a very poorly thought out UX that is difficult to navigate, be it with the mouse, the keyboard or even your eyes as you try to ascertain what information is important and what is not. Accessibility? Almost Nothing can be selected, copy or pasted! How do you create a tool/UX that is designed purely for developers where you can't select anything? And what happened to the Network Tab? It seems to have been so badly nerfed that it's almost like it might as well not be there? I couldn't do a single thing OOB in the Network tab that I used to do previously. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Firebug" group.
