I won't argue that it is a problem with older routers, as we have experienced it 
ourselves recently.

As to Carnivore, the ISP's, including our firm, won't have much of a choice or say-so 
when the feds want to have it installed.  There are still many grey areas, but you all 
know how the feds operate..
