off topic, ISP comparisons

Hi all,

Sorry for being totally off the topic, but I figured you would have some
great pointers for me.

I'm looking for real comparisons of Tier 1 ISP's.  Currently, I'm trying to
compare UUNet and @Work ( home.net ).  Anyone have web pages or testimonials
on either of these?  Obviously, UUNet is better.. but, is it worth $1k
extra?
