Oh, it's not all that difficult to do. The usual way is via a group policy
that forms part of the logon process. If you want to get REALLY digusting,
you could enforce reg settings by a script that uses REGEDIT/S to update the
registry on the Win95 PC during logon. You connect to da net, your PC get's
reconfigured to meet the LAN's security requirements - end of story.
