I would bet that the NAT is causing you 
problems. For example, within domain B a machine 
has IP 1.2.3.4, but after NAT domain A sees 
10.11.12.13 (or some such IP, different from the 
IP used within domain B). WINS assumes that a 
single machine (i.e. a single netbios name) has 
a single, unique IP. So, replication fails 
because the WINS server in A sees the WINS 
server in B with an IP address that the WINS 
server in B knows nothing about. 

Bottom line: WINS and NAT do not get along.
