Well, you could use a scripting environment, like Perl, and pass the ping
command via a script.  Results echoed via a web page.

I use Perl for a lot of things on our NT servers, but I haven't tried this.
No reason why it shouldn't work though.

I haven't yet come across a requirement for telling a remote NT server to
ping something, so I really haven't looked into this :-).
