If you have a Cisco router inside or outside of the firewall, you can setup queuing.
There are basically three kinds: Weighted Fair Queuing (provides fair allocation of
bandwidth to all users), Priority Queuing (you can select priority traffic), and
Custom Queuing (you can guarantee bandwidth to particular protocols). Hope that gets
you going in the right direction. Check the Cisco docs for more detail on how to set
it up.

I was recently informed by my Sidewinder administrator that we cannot
prioritize traffice (QoS) through the firewall. This seems odd to me. We
have a requirement that certain ports have priority over others. Any
comments/suggestions?
