Let's all agree, certification has its flaws but it is a thing for the
resume scanners to pick up on. Most personnel are clueless as to CISSP,
MCSE, etc but the certification process can serve as a screen to get your
foot in the door. The ultimate manager should know enough to interview the
candidate properly. Still I wish there were a firewall for paper MCSEs :-).
Anyway, want the interview?, get the letters after your name.
