I can see no reason why not, having dealt with Gauntlet and DiskSuite (but not
on the same box).  If you are evaluating a firewall that claims dependencies
on particular filesystems or disk layouts, run for the hills, it's not worth
your trouble.  There are plenty of firewalls that will run with no disks at
all, or any kind of disk layout you care to setup.
