I've tried subscribing to CERT but they won't send me the mail for some reason.
I've subscribed twice now just to be sure.

GO to www.iss.net. They have a web link which has multiple e-mail lists on
it. YOu get good info from some, garbage from others. Add yourself to all
then drop the ones you don't like.
This is a start. I have more if need be. Add yourself to CERIAS (former
COAST), CERT, CIAC, Microsoft Security, SANS, Internetweek. All have mail
link off their main web pages.
If you can't find the urls, just let me know.
