Heh.. days behind? try months behind in some cases. A long time cert
used to be number 1. Now I am amazed if I get something from them
once a month. There are new vulnerabilities found ever single day
on bugtraq.
You want to sign up for the bugtraq security mailing list
hosted by securityfocus.com and probably the NTbugtraq mailing
list as well hosted by ntbugtraq.com. These guys are about as
cutting edge as it gets when it comes to security problems.
You can sign up for them by visiting..
www.securityfocus.com in their forums section for bugtraq
and look for the FAQ to see how to sign up
and
www.ntbugtraq.com in the upper left hand corner of the page.
And if ya want to be really cutting edge.. then sign up for the
vuln-devel list and incidents list at securityfocus.com as well.
