The vulnerabilities do not depend on what port you open, but what
service/application you put on that port.
Unfortunately there are many thousands of applications now available, and so
there is no one place that holds all the information.
I do recommend http://www.faqs.org/ because it has all the standard
information about internet standard applications.
Vulnerabilities can be searched on at www.securityfocus.com.
