Hello all,
A friend with small company can buy bandwidth to the internet very
cheap. He
is thinking about doing this but there is one catch: he won't get a
public IP
address but a private one. Well actually they did it quit strange. He
has a
public address which will be translated by a router to a private
address (10.x.y.z)
It will be a one-to-one translation.
Now the real problem. He is looking for Firewall en VPN products
which he can use.
I know that Firewall-1 from checkpoint won't work because they won't
give a license
on a private address. SecureRemote won't work on technical grounds.
Could you send me products which will and won't work? Also non
firewall VPN products
which are note to have problems with NAT are welcome information
(e-mail to me personaly
if it's offtopic or not interresting for the list).
