Hi,
This is frequently used by spammers to obscure a URL. It is called DWORD
format. The method used to calculate the number is as follows:
Take an IP Address like 192.168.1.100 convert it to
HEX Equivalent = C0.A8.01.64 (add leading zeros to single digit numbers)
then
combine to single string C0A80164 then convert the single hex string
to its decimal equivalent 3232235876. This is considered a valid URL.
