It's the decimal representation of an IP address (0x3F4A7373 or 63.74.115.115,
Network managed by UUNet, and leased to Media 3 Technologies LLC).

Mostly used by SPAMMERS/JunkMailers in an attempt to hide their identities
and/or sites from the uninformed.
