Yes, but you are missing a very important piece.  Solaris 2.6 needs to be 
patched before it will recognize more than one CPU.  Not in Raptor 
installation or configuration guide.. Actually the installation and 
configuration guide by Axent is not exactly correct.  :(

The Axent Raptor 6.0 (perhaps even 5.0, but I'm not sure) will use
more than one CPU. It is process-based, not threaded, but adding CPU's
definitely can speed it up when it is loaded.
