The power saving configuration file is in /etc/power.conf. use pmconfig
after /etc/power.conf is changed.
Or just disable powerd totally.

Yes, to disable Solaris power saving features, disable this feature during
installation time, instead of selecting one of the choices presented by
the Software Selection Package menu, Choose Customize, and deselect this
feature..

Solaris has some power-save features. Using the console will wake it
up.
Make sure your Ultra-10 is not going into power-save mode.
