I had raptor for years. Since Axxent bought it, there have been a lot of
changes, mostly for the bad.
I have paid support and maintenance, yet they consistently refuse to
acknowledge that we have it. Every time I want to talk to them I have to
produce
receipts and licenses and play their faxing game, etc. When I asked to have
the latest upgrade they once again demanded I produce receipts, etc.
Now the web site support pages and faq's are under lock and key, it has
become such an unbearable hassle to deal with Axxent,
I abandoned it and went out and bought a Pix 515 last month. Happiness is
priceless.
Anybody want to buy a used copy of Raptor (NT) cheap?
John
