   In a word do a search for 'shadow' done deal IMHO..

I will try to clean up the thread a few bytes anyhow.
Ideally yes one integrates sensors across the entire void much 
like there placed on the seafloor. Really what they amount to 
are huge ears to the train tracks.. 
Then when the datatrains rip on bye you know their coming
and can determine as they pass that point what their intention
is.. One can string them like beads across ones infrastructure.
Then you know what is happening just like the supertrains 
that we all most likely know about.
