don't see what you're talking about (I'm serious here).
are you a Gauntlet admin needing help? or are you a user behind a Gauntlet 
and suffering
from?
in both cases, the first thing is to ask the responsible parties: the 
vendor if you're the admin, or
the admin if you're a user. there's no reason to let them live happily 
while you're suffering!
