Saying the post is off topic does not make it more acceptable, than your
average unmarked off topic post. As for your question, try doing a 'ps
-ef|more' and look for something along the lines of 'openview'. It may be
started from something inside /etc/rc2.d/ or /etc/init.d/. These are
usually shell scripts that handle the starting and stopping of services.
