I will forgo all the processes.... But, suffice to say, the main one is
OVSPMD you can find it by using ps -ef | more and paging through. Or
combine it with grep. Up to you. To start and stop or check the
service state use:
>From the %OV_BIN% directory..
ovstart ==== Starts the service
ovstop ==== Stops services
That should get you going.
