Try TCPView Professional from http://www.winternals.com/  It has a price
tag of $69 but is more reliable and more complete than inzider.  It
combines the functionality of the freeware TDIMon and TCPView programs
from http://sysinternals.com/ and adds the ability to show which process
is associated with each socket.
