Checkpoint FW1 - no snmp response

Hi all   I was wondering if there is anyone here that can help me.   I have just started working with Checkpoint fw-1 running in solaris OS and we monitor them using a 3rd party program.    All the firewall rules have been setup so it allows snmp request from the monitoring program..all the fws report ok but one.  This comes up with an error "no snmp response" if I monitor it using ping is ok...why this problem appears in just this one?   I didn't install any of the firewalls, they all have been running for quiet sometime and I would imagine some have been installed fresh and others upgrades from older versions.   In the firewall in question we are using checkpoint 4.0 and solaris 2.6   Any ideas will be highly appreciate it   Soraya
