ZoneAlarm seems to keep its configuration database in the file
c:\windows\internet logs\iamdb.rdb
It should be possible to "train" one PC on what rules are allowed and
then distribute the database to other PCs, but I haven't tried this.
The only gotcha here is the data ZoneAlarm is keeping on file
versions. It records the full path name of the executable, and seems
to have either a file date/time stamp or a version number. I believe
it reverts to prompt mode if a "new" version is executed. So
distributing the database to another PC would only work if the
configuration matches. There is certainly nothing comparable to
central rule administration for the regular ZoneAlarm version -- I
have yet to try ZoneAlarm Pro.
