I think this is far too light and let's folks off the hook far too easy.
For every hacked server/site out there, there is one more site that now
has to possibility to start launching attacks at anyone else out here. If
you are not responsible enough to lock down a machine put out on the net,
yer licesne to surf and e-mail should be revoked ASAP! Marcus, did you
send off one of the internet traffic violations to all parties concerned?
Folks, we all need to take a firmer stand on such issues and how this not
only affects the parties directly involved, but the rest of us as a whole.
Because,, ultimatly, it does affect us all.
