Ditto. Javier, when your internal network relies on DNS server(s) outside
(on the WAN interface), the DNS server passes your internal client the
Public IP of the http server. NAT translations won't occur when an internal
client tries to resolve to an internal host. You're not the only newbie who
has made this mistake, so don't feel bad... I had the same misunderstanding
a couple years ago doing the same thing.
As pointed out below, you got two choices: setup an internal DNS server, or
put the hostnames and internal addresses of your webservers in the HOSTS
files on all your client machines. The former is recommended.

Javier,
You need to put a entry on each individual PC (if you're not doing you're
own DNS) in the hosts file. Like this:
192.168.4.3 www.something.com
If you're doing your own DNS, you need to add an entry in your DNS file
something like above.
