Now here I get caught making assumptions :)
It works for I believe 2 concurrent connections, unlicensed. When you
license it (which is free) it opens to 5 connections. These connections are
on a per client basis (i.e. 2 computers = 2 connections). My assumption is
his friend wanted it for his house, or a similar small environment (< 5
computers).
If you need more horsepower, then you need the full versions, in the various
flavors they offer.
