I had the similar problem while accessing an outside webserver running on 
Netscape Enterprise. I had no problem accessing this server, through the 
SecurIT firewall (a pure ALG), using Netscape but couldn't access it with 
IE. Packet analysis revealed that the web server was sending a reset packet 
back to the firewall. The problem disappeared when we ran http proxy as 
thread, instead of process. We are still looking at this issue to get to the 
bottom of this issue.
Any input will help...
